Key Responsibilities

•Lead a 30-person, multi-team squad by setting strategic vision, coaching product execution, and guiding delivery across teams.
•Move operations from manual review to AI-augmented, predictive workflows for KYC, EDD, and fraud investigation using automation and decisioning.
•Create end-to-end case handling and workflow experiences with flexible workflow engines for deploying new compliance rules and investigation paths.
•Unify fragmented tools into a cohesive operational platform by standardizing risk, QA, and workforce management processes globally.
•Bridge global product teams, compliance officers, and operational leaders to ensure platform improvements directly reduce the cost of servicing, operating as a player-coach.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 145,000 - 185,000 annually

•Have built and scaled complex platforms or B2B SaaS products supporting high-volume users with high-availability, low-latency workflows.
•Know how to productize data science using heuristics, predictive models, and LLM summarization to automate manual operations.
•Demonstrate proven people leadership by hiring, onboarding, and mentoring Product Managers across IC and lead roles.
•Use SQL/data tools to identify operational bottlenecks, quantify friction, and measure automation ROI with data-driven storytelling.
•Bring a consumer-grade mindset to internal tooling, with strong UX and developer/analyst ergonomics focus.
