Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed project plans, work packages, and maintenance schedules for heavy checks, modifications, and other maintenance tasks.
  • •Coordinate task sequencing and resource allocation to minimize downtime and meet TAT targets while monitoring productivity and staffing levels.
  • •Monitor task progress through status reviews and performance tracking, adjusting plans based on findings and evolving operational needs.
  • •Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, OEM instructions, and company standards, including Safety Management System (SMS).
  • •Lead daily/weekly production meetings and communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years (degree in Aviation or maintenance-related discipline).
  • •5–7 years of experience in a base maintenance planning-related position.
  • •Experience developing complex maintenance plans and improving business processes, including audit finding resolution.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Proficiency with AMOS and the Microsoft suite (or equivalent); aircraft maintenance license is advantageous.
