Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure maintenance and support activities are executed in accordance with regulations and the program maintenance management plan.
  • •Provide leadership and drive effective communication to program stakeholders to support preventative and corrective maintenance actions.
  • •Oversee maintenance technical training to ensure personnel are adequately trained and maintain technical qualification currency.
  • •Enact continuous improvement and performance evaluation processes across program maintenance and operational support services.
  • •Act as prime point of contact for maintenance and support enquiries and coordinate with customers and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a maintenance manager with a relevant technical qualification.
  • •Ability to resolve complex maintenance/support issues and knowledge of engineering governance and assurance in a regulatory environment.
  • •Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills to influence and build effective internal/external stakeholder relationships.
  • •Resilience and leadership in a high-paced environment, with the ability to undertake interstate travel.
  • •Defence industry maintenance experience is highly regarded (though not essential).
