Business Analysis - Global Payment Solutions Operations (2 year contract)

Lead end-to-end delivery for Project Sirena, from initiation through implementation and closure. Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, and critical path to keep delivery on schedule. Manage scope, RAID, and change control, while escalating through governance. Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, operations, and third parties, and run project governance through steering updates and decision logs. Coordinate integrated requirements through rollout, while tracking budget, resourcing, and control expectations.
