Job Summary

Support and configure Operational Technology (OT) environments in a fast-paced factory setting, including industrial control systems, switches, and secure OT-to-IT connectivity. Administer heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Linux systems (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication), maintain network infrastructure, and troubleshoot performance, security, and connectivity. Partner with Cybersecurity teams, support 24x7 operational systems, and travel up to 10% to domestic U.S. locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and configure Operational Technology (OT) environments, including industrial control systems, switches, networked automation devices, and secure OT-to-IT connectivity.
•Perform IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication.
•Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components to optimize performance, security, and connectivity with a focus on OT networks.
•Partner closely with Cybersecurity teams to uphold security requirements and safeguards across systems and environments.
•Support 24x7 operational systems, with occasional work outside standard hours, and travel up to 10% annually to domestic U.S. locations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years’ experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Windows and/or Linux systems administration experience.
•Must be able to obtain DoD Directive 8140/8570 certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months of start date.
•Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments, including industrial control systems and secure connectivity bridging OT and IT networks.
