Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the system administrator for Workday (HCM/VNDLY) and Greenhouse, including tenant configuration, integrations, and production deployments under SOX documentation requirements.
  • •Lead the day-to-day execution of the Malbek CLM implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and change management with Legal Ops.
  • •Act as IT project manager for People and Legal systems initiatives by building/maintaining plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder status reporting.
  • •Serve as primary business analyst and subject-matter expert: facilitate structured discovery, map current/future-state workflows, translate business needs into requirements and system design, and maintain traceability through UAT sign-off.
  • •Coordinate vendors and partners, build test plans/scripts, track issue resolution through sign-off, and drive continuous improvement across Workday, VNDLY, Greenhouse, Malbek, and related systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years as a business analyst and/or project manager supporting HR, Legal, or CLM systems, with direct hands-on experience in Workday and/or Greenhouse.
  • •Experience implementing or administering a CLM platform (Malbek, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar).
  • •Proven ability to independently lead enterprise system implementations from requirements through go-live, including vendor, budget, and executive stakeholder management.
  • •Strong business analysis skills: facilitate structured discovery, produce clear requirements and process flows, and maintain requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
