•Lead Operations Associates through the shift by ensuring the team is set up for success, working safely and productively, and serving as escalation for daily operations.
•Schedule and manage attendance, and provide real-time performance feedback while partnering with Site Managers on next steps.
•Support day-to-day work including receiving product from vendors, placing inventory, preparing customer orders, and cleaning/organizing work areas.
•Help ensure customer delight by maintaining menus and systems, communicating issues to customers, and supporting Dasher pickups.
•Monitor supplier deliveries and help manage cleaning and maintenance schedules, while contributing ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

•Be organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, with flexibility to work any day of the week across operating hours.
