Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate multi-blade saws for angle cuts and ensure correct blade setup to specifications
  • •Ensure materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content) and check compliance for materials and finished products
  • •Feed material according to specifications and periodically check equipment to maintain specifications
  • •Offload and stack materials/components per established procedures, and maintain a safe, clean, orderly work area
  • •Complete pre-shift/startup equipment inspections, maintain production records, perform preventive maintenance, and follow LOTO; may drive forklift and train a partner on safe equipment operation

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
  • •Minimum 6 months experience using saws or similar equipment
  • •Some experience in manufacturing and assembling preferred
  • •Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques preferred
  • •Successfully complete forklift driver licensing process if required
