Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, install, operate, and maintain electrical/mechanical/chemical infrastructure supporting semiconductor processing in the lab.
  • •Support planning the lab roadmap (feasibility, capacity needs, budget and execution planning) and provide design engineering for base-build projects and expansions.
  • •Assist with retrofit/EOL/engineering projects and manage facility utility hook-ups (power, CDA/OFA, PCW, gases, chemicals, pumps, scrubbers, abatements) in collaboration with tool and cross-functional teams.
  • •Run 24/7/365 operations with high availability and reliability: monitor system parameters, troubleshoot issues, and drive reliability and efficiency improvements.
  • •Ensure electrical/mechanical/gas/chemical systems comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies while managing forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Gas & Chems).
  • •10+ years of experience within a large corporation, preferably managing facilities operations for a Fab or AT site.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor Fab or AT site facility management operations.
  • •Required certification: Engineer Air-Conditioning Refrigerating Machinery (공조냉동기계기사).
  • •Understanding of OSHA/NIOSH/NBC/fire codes and troubleshooting know-how (e.g., FAPA, LSS, GLSS), plus strong English communication.
