  • •Define, get buy-in for, and implement a holistic vision for world-class internal cloud services.
  • •Create and maintain the technical design roadmap and guidelines to improve reliability, resilience, and operational scalability.
  • •Collaborate with cloud-ops software development teams on roadmap, requirements, and prioritization to deliver standardized automated operations.
  • •Lead technology choices to implement scalable self-service solutions and drive automation for reuse across distributed systems.
  • •Analyze incidents and events to identify root causes and implement structural improvements to prevent recurrence.
