Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee plant quality goals and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
  • •Deploy EQMS (EBS tools) to accomplish plant quality objectives in an ETO environment.
  • •Manage the Operations/Inspection/Testing/Customer/Supplier/QMS Quality Team and training programs for the quality management system.
  • •Direct ISO 9001 program activities, including serving as primary plant representative and authority for ISO 9001 requirements and ISO auditor interactions.
  • •Monitor quality performance metrics and lead customer complaint containment and RCCA/CAPA root-cause corrective and preventive actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (e.g., project management, product/process improvement/implementation, or manager of people).
  • •Experience supporting an engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environment.
  • •Certified internal ISO and CCTI auditor.
