  • •Develop a cohesive department range that reflects brand strategy, avoids gaps/duplication, and ensures logical, commercial seasonal planning.
  • •Shape product direction with Design to align to brand and divisional strategy.
  • •Deliver department KPIs by identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with Merchandising to drive margin and profit.
  • •Use sales and trend data to anticipate customer needs and deliver commercial global ranges, managing range gaps and opportunities.
  • •Lead and develop ABs and BAs by providing clear direction, identifying training needs, and encouraging collaborative ways of working.

  • •Strong negotiation and influencing skills to gain buy-in from the team and management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of planning and trading documents, including ability to challenge figures and plans.
  • •Strong prioritisation and systems skills, including relevant Trading systems and MS Office.
