Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and DOT inspections on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
  • •Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine, and related systems; test and road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
  • •Manage parts inventory on the company-issued service truck and reconcile periodically.
  • •Document findings and parts used on repair orders using a company-issued iOS device and TRAIT application.
  • •Communicate with customers and management to assess needs, obtain approvals, and ensure safety and compliance on all jobs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent combination).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment.
  • •Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
  • •OEM training and certifications are preferred.
  • •Must be able to complete a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical; valid DOT medical card preferred or equivalent.
