Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, owning cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.
  • •Direct technical resolution of variances between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, including accurate automated RBNI reporting.
  • •Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS manufacturing/execution/WMS systems.
  • •Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to ensure accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
  • •Configure for DCAA and GAAP requirements, evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, and regression-test accounting entries before production releases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred).
  • •Deep transactional accounting knowledge including receipt accruals, landed cost management (LCM), and work-in-process (WIP) costing.
  • •Experience with SQL queries for reconciliation and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for financial reporting.
  • •Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and how requirements translate to ERP settings.
  • •U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder status required; in-office full time and willing to travel 25-50%.
