Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate braiders, wire winders, and yarn winders to specifications.
  • •Use overhead crane to move hoses, mandrels, spools, and product through the department safely.
  • •Perform quality checks on braided hose (pick counts, outer/inner diameter, layline verification) and proof test samples.
  • •Handle materials and carriers based on work orders, including strip/load PTFE tubing and move wire/yarn to the work area.
  • •Complete daily equipment maintenance, accurately record process/router data and labor/scrap/inventory transactions, and maintain housekeeping (5S+ and TPM).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Ability to safely operate an overhead crane as part of production duties.
  • •1+ year experience with computer transactions in an ERP system (preferred).
  • •Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unaided (with or without reasonable accommodation).
