  • •Backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language, with the ability to learn new tools as the stack evolves.

  • •Experience shipping production software, with a track record of leading projects from spec to launch with multiple contributors.
  • •Strong engineering practices and ownership, taking ambiguous problems end-to-end, driving clarity, and evaluating edge cases.
