Floor Manager

Help the Store Manager drive KPIs and improve store profitability by setting daily and weekly sales targets, tracking performance, and communicating action plans. Oversee store operations and costs, including inventory control, payroll costs, admin tasks, and shift schedules. Inspire and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge, and lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence while ensuring the store looks perfect.
