Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the existing Colorado playbook and develop it into a fully built, repeatable operation covering scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, electricians, project coordinators, and administrative staff while adapting to changing needs
  • •Lead from the front daily, uphold Jetson culture, and attract and hire top players who exemplify Jetson values
  • •Manage multiple high-stakes priorities by triaging what matters most while maintaining momentum on the rest
  • •Own the P&L, manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, establish local partnerships, and ensure regulatory, permitting, and compliance matters are handled

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience leading a field force of technicians, installers, or skilled trades workers in a home services or field service environment
  • •Experience running a business or division with full P&L responsibility
  • •Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams from scratch, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and accountability
  • •Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • •Proficiency in business software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace, plus experience with modern tools including AI to automate daily operations
