Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the cyber/E&O insurance marketplace and related products and services.
•Place layered cyber/E&O programs ($50M+) from start to finish.
•Own all aspects of client service for an assigned book of business and new business opportunities using the deal flow process.
•Apply effective negotiation and underwriter relationship skills to improve broking results.
•Develop and execute a pipeline strategy for new business and mentor more junior team members.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of insurance brokering, underwriting, or account management experience, preferably in Cyber and E&O lines.
•Ability to place a layered program from start to finish.
•Active P&C License or ability to obtain one within 120 days (Aon pays for).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
