Oversee regional inspection operations to ensure OPENLANE floor plan audits and vehicle/facility inspections meet quality standards and SLAs. Manage and recruit both FTE and 1099 inspectors, lead training and performance management, and partner with Marketplace and Commercial Sales to support scheduling and growth forecasting. Collaborate with Product, Arbitration, Scheduling, and Quality Assurance to improve processes and test new app releases, while regularly working in the field alongside inspectors.

•Master OPENLANE policies, processes, procedures, and tools for floor plan audits and vehicle/facility inspections to ensure they are followed.
•Oversee and ensure FTE and 1099 inspectors adhere to policies, procedures, and tools to meet regional SLAs and targets.
•Recruit and hire contract and full-time inspectors within the assigned region.
•Lead and develop teams by training, motivating, coaching, counseling, mentoring, and conducting performance management for inspectors.
•Partner with Marketplace and Commercial Sales and collaborate with Product, Arbitration, Scheduling, and Quality Assurance to improve inspection processes and test new app releases.

•Previous experience managing teams and individuals, including both contractual and full-time employees.
