Key Responsibilities

•Serve as project manager or task leader for municipal stormwater and flood resiliency projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
•Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including planners, engineers, field staff, and technical specialists.
•Facilitate client meetings for projects and development of new/repeat business, including travel in northern Virginia (~5%).
•Assist with project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.
•Review and oversee work products prepared by junior and mid-level staff to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•BS in Planning, Civil Engineering, Environmental Policy, Environmental Science, or related field
•7-10 years of experience in urban hydrology and MS4/stormwater quality management
•Experience with municipal stormwater/flood management and capital plan development/implementation
•Experience with technical writing of stormwater reports, plans, SOPs
•At least 3 years of experience in project management and coordination of project teams and subcontractors
