Job Summary

Under direct supervision, assemble and process routine, repetitive items for production operations. You’ll perform machine and manual assembly, read and follow procedures and routing instructions, and build parts that meet drawing specifications while complying with quality system requirements. Work requires initiative to keep processes moving, use of computer tools such as SAP, and a focus on safety and quality. Training occurs on 1st shift prior to 3rd shift work.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform machine and/or manual assembly, including scope, soldering, and other required assembly work.
•Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions to build parts that meet drawing specifications.
•Comply with applicable quality system elements and ensure process accuracy.
•Use computer tools such as SAP and follow work instructions; demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving on schedule.
•Participate in cost reduction, waste minimization, and audits, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or equivalent (or 2 years of relevant experience if no HS diploma).
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under the program/contract.
•Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift.
•Must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
•Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and assembly/procedure manuals.
