Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end enterprise process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification to sustained results.
  • •Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste, variation, rework, and ineffective handoffs.
  • •Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV/DFSS) to improve and redesign transactional workflows, including root-cause analysis and governance.
  • •Define and maintain enterprise transactional standards and exception-management protocols across Quote-to-Cash and Commercial Excellence (Q2C), and design standardize-before-automate AI-enabled workflows.
  • •Coach and develop leaders and practitioners, advise Global Process Owners on value-stream design and performance management, and support ETS training and practitioner development.
