Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data processing systems.
•Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to build robust, scalable features.
•Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following modern development practices.
•Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
•Improve service performance, scalability, reliability, and observability and evolve our micro-services architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

•4–8 years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in building scalable distributed systems
•Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development
•Experience designing and building backend APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
•Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, scalability, and performance optimization
•Exposure to AI-first coding practices, developer productivity tools, or engineering automation is highly preferred
