Job Summary

Design and scale practical enablement solutions that help International Marketers adopt new platforms, processes, and ways of working. Partner with learning leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and product/platform teams to create learner-centered digital learning, knowledge resources, onboarding materials, and AI-enabled guidance. Use data, feedback loops, and business insights to evaluate effectiveness, improve adoption, and deliver measurable performance and colleague-experience impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Support learning, enablement, and change initiatives that help marketers adopt new platforms, processes, and ways of working.
•Assess how changes impact marketers and recommend practical enablement solutions, which may include learning, communications, and AI-enabled performance support.
•Develop learner-centered digital learning, knowledge resources, AI prompts, job aids, onboarding materials, and performance support.
•Use learner behavior, adoption metrics, business performance data, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve solutions.
•Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and product teams to co-create enablement solutions and coordinate content reviews/maintenance.
