Lead data and modernization initiatives for the Independent Risk Review and Assessment (IRRA) team, translating review needs into scalable Microsoft Power Platform-enabled solutions. •Lead the design and implementation of technology-enabled IRRA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflows, dashboards, and automation.
•Design and execute advanced analytical, automation, or AI-enabled approaches aligned to IRRA review objectives and governance standards.
•Develop, enhance, and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reporting to improve review efficiency, consistency, and traceability.
•Serve as a subject matter resource for Power Platform modernization tools, platforms, and methodologies, including troubleshooting and knowledge-sharing.
•Partner with review teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, identify modernization needs and risks, and escalate appropriately.

Salary: USD 111,605 - 131,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
•Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.

•Strong experience designing or implementing analytics, automation, or technology solutions in complex environments.
•Experience building or supporting Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments, including intake, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancement.
