Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the shared foundation and building blocks that let other software act inside the browser securely and reliably.
  • •Advance the open standard WebDriver BiDi and deliver Firefox-only advantages beyond the standard.
  • •Design safety controls that enable user approval, visibility into when software acts, and the ability to take back control.
  • •Define the strategy for major third-party AI assistants people already use.
  • •Serve internal teams and outside tools through a single shared layer, measured by adoption, usage volume, and sustained reliability and security.
