Key Responsibilities

  • •Own an enterprise customer portfolio as the primary post-sales partner across onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • •Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning goals, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Drive onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences to accelerate time-to-value and unblock implementation challenges.
  • •Establish and run an operating cadence (health checks, executive syncs, QBRs) using customer data and adoption insights to guide priorities.
  • •Monitor customer health and usage signals, manage escalations, quantify business value/ROI narratives, and partner to progress upsell/cross-sell expansion opportunities.
