Job Summary

Drive creator-led content strategy and community engagement for TikTok Shop’s US Commerce business. Recruit creators aligned to merchants’ audiences and values, build briefing templates, and manage creator sampling end-to-end—optimizing availability, speed, and conversion. Partner with merchants and category managers to resolve creator/merchant-side issues, analyze creator performance data to improve content mix and scale best practices, and track industry and product trends to spot new program opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a comprehensive creator marketing strategy aligned with merchants’ audience reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
•Recruit creators aligned with merchants’ values, target audiences, and product offerings; build briefing templates to accelerate production.
•Manage the creator sampling process end to end and measure/optimize availability, speed, and conversion.
•Own creator-facing engagements with merchants and partners via category managers to resolve issues and develop scalable processes.
•Monitor and analyze creator-generated content and performance data to build best-practice models for content mix, scale, and optimization.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or content creation–related companies.
•Experience in influencer/creator marketing, digital marketing, or content commerce with a strong network of creators, creator agencies, and affiliate sampling programs.
•Experience partnering with brands or commerce platforms to execute, optimize, or scale influencer and affiliate programs.
•Proven track record of servicing accounts and using industry trends, emerging creators, and retail seasonal flow to drive content commerce.
•Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
