Job Summary

Design Data and AI apprenticeship programmes that translate job-aligned outcomes into effective curricula, assessments, and learning experiences. Serve as the human judgment layer over an AI-assisted content pipeline—deciding what AI gets right, fixing what it doesn’t, and building high-touch moments AI can’t. Use prompt engineering to accelerate development, collaborate with programme designers and senior stakeholders, and continuously improve learning impact when cohorts aren’t landing.

Key Responsibilities

•Design Data and AI programmes using end-to-end backward design so success is measured by what learners can do on the job.
•Identify when learning isn’t landing and scope revisions to improve real-world outcomes for cohorts.
•Create high-touch custom programmes and creative assets (e.g., branching narratives, bespoke multimedia, onboarding moments).
•Use AI tools and prompt engineering deliberately to accelerate content development and discover new learning design approaches.
•Partner with programme designers and senior stakeholders to improve pedagogical effectiveness and evolve AI rules and frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience producing technical content for Data Science or generative/agentic AI.
•2+ years designing instructional content in a commercial environment or for commercial clients.

•Fluency with AI-powered tools and prompt engineering to accelerate content development for Data/AI learning design.
•Ability to communicate complex AI/Data Science/Analytics concepts for learners with zero technical background.
