•Ensure the consistent delivery of reliable, high‑quality, and transparent IT services aligned with customer expectations.
•Participate in customer meetings (e.g., Ops Reviews, QBRs) and present structured updates on priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.
•Translate customer and stakeholder needs into practical, well‑defined solutions.
•Lead, support, and develop a collaborative team with clear roles, priorities, and expectations.
•Establish and maintain a clear performance management framework with defined KPIs and regular review cycles.

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of Windows platforms and relevant enterprise tools (e.g., JIRA for workflows and project tracking).
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams with clarity, structure, and a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, structured updates and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
•Hands‑on technical experience maintaining stable, secure, and scalable IT environments, including monitoring, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
