•Translate field feedback and customer requirements into actionable, prioritized input for engineering and inbound product teams
•Manage a high-performing group of outbound professionals, overseeing hiring, performance, and succession planning
•Align product, data science, marketing, and professional services to ensure seamless cross-functional execution

Salary: USD 203,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive experience with a bachelor's degree in outbound product management or strategy within the B2B enterprise SaaS industry or 10+ years with advanced degree
•5+ years of experience managing a team of product managers in a related field (e.g., B2B, enterprise, SaaS), with a strong focus on outbound product management, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
•Proven ability to design, launch, and scale complex commercial programs and value propositions for enterprise-grade SaaS platforms
•Demonstrated experience presenting technical and business roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry analysts
