Job Summary

Own financial reporting, accounting, and controls for the market, ensuring accurate, compliant outputs and strong governance. Serve as the primary controllership lead interfacing with Regional Controllership and GBS Finance. Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, maintain balance sheet integrity, run audit and SOX control activities, and oversee Record-to-Report and transactional finance through GBS while driving reporting quality and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for statutory and group reporting.
•Ensure compliance with IFRS, group policies, and statutory requirements, including accounting judgements and estimates.
•Execute SOX controls, testing, and remediation; maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and substantiation.
•Partner with the Market CFO on performance analysis by providing financial actuals, variance analysis, and inputs into budgeting/forecasting/planning.
•Oversee Record-to-Report and transactional Finance/controllership delivery through GBS, including monitoring service quality against SLAs and driving close-cycle improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of financial controllership experience, including time in a Financial Controller role.
•Qualified accountant with experience in complex external audit and IFRS accounting.
•Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-country controls environments, including US SOX.
•Experience delivering Record-to-Report, Transactional Finance, and Controllership/Reporting via a global business services function.
•Experience managing local statutory reporting and group consolidation reporting, plus multi-ledger ERP/system experience.
