Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cross-squad delivery planning and sequencing (milestones, critical path, dependency mapping) across London/Serbia/Pune resources.
  • •Drive predictable delivery via release planning, cutover readiness, and change management (incl. go/no-go, comms, rollback) aligned to desk/risk expectations.
  • •Participate in the development and enhancement C#/.NET / Java front office applications and services adhering to specifications from the business and control functions.
  • •Take functional specifications or business requirements; Design, implement and unit test technical solutions. Establish and run a single delivery operating cadence: weekly execution review + monthly roadmap/RAID review with stakeholders.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with trading desks, middle office personnel and peer technology teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in an object‑oriented language (C#/.NET or Java).
  • •Capital markets experience with knowledge of equity derivatives or a closely related area.
  • •Experience with an RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL).
  • •Experience in real time or near real time trading systems.
  • •Ability to write clean, maintainable code with strong problem‑solving skills.
