Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist line and staff personnel to develop solutions for product and manufacturing problems across a complete line of apparatus.
  • •Assist with training and development; assemble, verify, analyze results, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • •Initiate and prepare specifications for products, equipment, tooling, processes, and systems to optimize cost and manufacturability.
  • •Implement strategies for concurrent engineering and design-for-manufacturing; investigate new technologies and processes and assess business impact.
  • •Participate in project management with multi-disciplined teams using ProLaunch and other tools; support VOC research and ensure timely delivery to commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.15 - 27.69

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • •Minimum one internship or co-op experience (or equivalent of 3 months work experience) completed at the time of application.
  • •Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • •Must be willing to relocate to the Sumter, SC site for the co-op (relocation assistance for candidates outside a 50-mile radius).
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
