Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams to drive performance/watt attainment for client products across strategy, test, feature enablement, debug, analysis, and defect resolution.
  • •Set power and performance attainment objectives with System and SoC Architects, and define features that meet those goals.
  • •Develop and optimize HW and SW power management methodologies to maximize performance and user experience across client use cases.
  • •Drive mission-mode PnP deliverables, including product bounding box attainment, full product stack definition, and customer advisory data.
  • •Triage, debug, and resolve power management feature and PnP issues while ensuring enablement from design through silicon validation, firmware integration, and system-level deployment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,550 - 199,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
  • •Deep expertise in product performance-per-watt attainment tradeoffs and the ability to drive complex cross-functional technical decisions.
  • •Strong analytical and debugging skills, including root cause analysis for power/performance issues.
  • •Ability to develop methodologies to enable, integrate, and optimize HW and SW power management features across client use cases.
  • •Experience with pre- and post-silicon power management, including SoC design/validation or power optimization focus.
