Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Puma’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and effective sales and service.
  • •Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing employees, including coaching, recognition and performance reviews.
  • •Oversee payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering high levels of service.
  • •Act as Store Manager in the Manager’s absence and ensure training programs are completed effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
  • •Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues
  • •Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to present information to large groups
  • •Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate computer skills with MS Office and retail software
  • •Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and potential travel
