Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Puma’s Brand Values and service standards.
•Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and effective sales and service.
•Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing employees, including coaching, recognition and performance reviews.
•Oversee payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering high levels of service.
•Act as Store Manager in the Manager’s absence and ensure training programs are completed effectively.

•2-4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues

•Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and potential travel
