Own the AI adoption layer across the organization, making AI the default way work happens at Aiwyn. Work as a systems thinker with teams across sales, success, ops, finance, and engineering to remove friction and ship narrow, real-user agents. Operate the internal AI assistant as a product, raise engineering productivity with agent-driven testing and verification, and build adoption dashboards that show measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Sit with users across sales, success, ops, finance, and engineering to identify and remove workflow friction.
•Ship narrow agents and tooling with tight scope, real users, and fast iteration.
•Operate the internal AI assistant as a product by triaging quality and filling gaps until answers are consistently strong.
•Raise the engineering productivity bar with agent-driven testing, review, verification, and automated migration tooling.
•Build patterns and primitives (agent templates, MCP servers, eval harnesses) and measure adoption with dashboards to guide next bets.
