Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of CAD designers, including assignment, prioritization, and performance monitoring.
  • •Own and manage the Change Order (CO) process, maintaining a complete and organized CO backlog.
  • •Assign work based on capacity, skill set, and business priorities to support on-time delivery.
  • •Provide technical guidance and oversight for 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation; review and approve outputs for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Support cross-functional project teams and drive continuous improvement in design processes and CO workflow management.

Key Requirements
