Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives for public and private sector clients, bridging technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users. Own planning and execution through structured delivery plans, RAID management, agile ceremonies, risk/dependency tracking, and governance reporting. Manage commercials and budget alignment, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and support AI strategy, governance frameworks, and ethical AI and data privacy requirements. Travel to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage delivery of AI engagements for client organizations, ensuring measurable business benefits.
•Develop and maintain delivery plans, tasks, actions, and RAID items for consistent execution.
•Run regular stand-ups and project ceremonies with engagement and client teams.
•Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; report through governance channels.
•Provide governance reporting to senior stakeholders and track commercials, forecasts, and budget alignment.

Key Requirements

•7+ years delivering complex software engineering projects.
•3+ years managing delivery projects with a significant AI component, including machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI concepts.
•Experience managing bespoke, enterprise-scale technical delivery for private sector and/or public sector customers.
•Agile delivery expertise, including Scrum, with ability to manage ambiguity and rapid iteration.
•Ability to manage client-facing delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations and review/challenge technical solution designs to manage AI risks.
