  • •Own AGS full P&L consolidation, close support, variance analysis, and executive reporting packages.
  • •Lead global financial cadence (forecast, quarterly outlook, annual planning), including calendar governance and target setting.
  • •Provide actionable insights and storytelling to AGS leadership on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Partner with finance teams to drive performance alignment across groups.
  • •Manage balance sheet and working capital metrics (FCF, DSO, DIO) and lead process/system enhancements, including automation and integration across FP&A tools.
