Job Summary

Safely and efficiently support PBV’s warehouse operations by handling inbound and outbound product and materials. Verify product accuracy and quality, manage check-in/check-out records, count and inspect returned goods, and operate yard and material-handling equipment including forklifts and yard switchers. Use automation systems, voice pick, and warehouse management tools to build accurate pallets and load shipments. Perform safety checks, basic maintenance, quality control, and janitorial tasks while following food safety and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform warehouse duties including pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, palletizing, wrapping, transporting, replenishing, and shipping materials.
•Verify accuracy and quality of received products and shipped orders, and maintain check-in/check-out records (e.g., BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
•Count and inspect returned goods that are damaged, full, or empty; conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
•Operate yard switchers and trucks to move products to and from bay doors for loading/unloading, and perform pre-trip safety checks.
•Use automation systems and equipment (including forklifts and material-handling machinery) to build accurate pallets and support inventory and load-out accuracy, including basic maintenance and janitorial tasks.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six (6) months of forklift experience (preferred).
•Computer/Human Machine Interface skills and ability to interact with automation systems and screens.
•Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read product labels and load ticket instructions.
•Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills; able to count large quantities of products and materials.
