Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in optimizing and revamping the Human Moderation queue across task allocation, priority management, processing efficiency, and moderator experience improvements.
  • •Help build and refine metric frameworks for review efficiency, review quality, and operational collaboration; monitor performance and iterate strategy based on outcomes.
  • •Participate in analyzing, designing, and iterating LIVE Safety product features and workflows to improve content safety governance and user trust.
  • •Identify risk points, workflow bottlenecks, and product opportunities in moderation systems through data analysis, case studies, and business feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Commit to working 4/5 days a week for at least 6 months.
  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science, analytics, Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrate foundational understanding of safety, product management, or product design through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • •Have basic technical proficiency with analytical tools and data sense gained via coursework, projects, or relevant experience.
  • •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teammates to clarify pipeline design or SOP training.
