•Work on a truly Agile team with small user stories, week-long sprints, weekly retrospectives, and strong test automation for code changes.
•Iteratively collaborate with developers, testers, and UX designers in a complex development environment using source vault and cloud services.
•Navigate and troubleshoot large legacy code bases to find surgical solutions.
•Program primarily in C++ using Visual Studio on Windows and Xcode on OS X; participate in code submissions and code reviews.
•Mentor other team members, communicate frequently with distributed scrum teams, and maintain a focus on customer success.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
•5-10 years of industry experience building and delivering robust, performant, maintainable commercial applications.
•Strong C++ skills plus data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and core computer science fundamentals.
•Windows programming with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE experience; Mac programming with Xcode IDE is a plus.
•Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and problem solving while maintaining quality and security judgment.
