Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and execute manual test scenarios for card lifecycle processes, including issuance, authorization, postings, repayments, and settlements.
  • •Validate business processes for fees, interest calculations, installment plans, and MC/ERP settlement activities.
  • •Document test execution results, maintain testing evidence, and ensure traceability across programme deliverables.
  • •Log, track, and retest defects while working closely with development and business teams to support issue resolution.
  • •Support SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across banking and payments workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing manual testing in banking, cards, or payments environments.
  • •Strong understanding of card business processes and transaction lifecycles.
  • •Ability to create and execute detailed test cases and document testing evidence.
  • •Familiarity with defect/test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM (or similar).
  • •ISTQB certification (or equivalent testing qualification), plus fluent Polish (spoken and written).
