  • •Own quality strategy and release readiness for assigned feature and product domains.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows across Product, Contact Center, Workforce Management, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.

  • •Strong understanding of QA principles including UI, API, integration, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing.
