Job Summary

Lead retail expansion planning across West and North regions, helping design strategies for both FRS and Own Retail. Own the retail expansion plan execution by managing POS opening and upgrades, coordinating with landlords and internal teams, and updating plans and POS information. Drive location search and negotiations for new retail opportunities, improve existing shop presence in department stores and malls, and report market intelligence to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide input into and participate in adidas group mid-term strategies for regional retail expansion for FRS and Own Retail in North and West.
•Develop and help maintain the West & North retail expansion plan reflecting distribution, marketing, and geographic strategies.
•Seek and secure right POS locations by building a real estate network in the region and negotiating with relevant parties.
•Manage yearly and quarterly retail expansion plan execution and oversee department stores and shopping malls systematically.
•Support landlord-related strategy by developing relationships and plans, negotiating better business terms, and maximizing store ROI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in retail expansion and related discipline is preferred.
•Above 8 years’ experience in retail expansion and related environments for a multi-national consumer brand or retail company.
•Excellent planning, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
•Strong personal relationship with key people of key LLD.
•Real estate experience is a plus.
