Key Responsibilities

  • •Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning as a strategic partner to management leadership.
  • •Oversee financial reporting and analysis under U.S. GAAP, using KPIs and dashboards to drive performance insights.
  • •Manage cost accounting and inventory accounting across multiple manufacturing sites, including standard costing and variance analysis.
  • •Serve as regional finance lead for ERP enhancements/optimization and champion automation to improve finance processes.
  • •Lead risk management and compliance via internal controls, financial policies, and audit relationships; evaluate capex and strategic investments (including M&A).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • •CPA (or similar professional accounting designation) is strongly preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including substantial manufacturing exposure.
  • •Proven senior leadership/management experience (e.g., Plant Controller).
  • •Demonstrated experience with ERP implementation and optimization, plus deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost/inventory accounting.
