Job Summary

Lead financial operations for a manufacturing business, setting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with leadership. Oversee U.S. GAAP financial reporting, KPI/dashboard analysis, cost accounting, and inventory accounting across multiple manufacturing sites. Drive ERP enhancements and automation for finance/manufacturing modules, manage internal controls and audit relationships, and provide financial analysis for capex and M&A. Direct and mentor the regional finance and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

•Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning as a strategic partner to management leadership.
•Oversee financial reporting and analysis under U.S. GAAP, using KPIs and dashboards to drive performance insights.
•Manage cost accounting and inventory accounting across multiple manufacturing sites, including standard costing and variance analysis.
•Serve as regional finance lead for ERP enhancements/optimization and champion automation to improve finance processes.
•Lead risk management and compliance via internal controls, financial policies, and audit relationships; evaluate capex and strategic investments (including M&A).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
•CPA (or similar professional accounting designation) is strongly preferred.
•10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including substantial manufacturing exposure.
•Proven senior leadership/management experience (e.g., Plant Controller).
•Demonstrated experience with ERP implementation and optimization, plus deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost/inventory accounting.
