Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively generate new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services, and other banking solutions.
  • •Meet with prospects to bring in new relationships, develop COI relationships, and close opportunities to grow the client base and revenue.
  • •Build and maintain a robust COI network (e.g., CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate agents) to drive referrals.
  • •Retain and manage clients in your portfolio, deepening relationships and cross-selling products and services.
  • •Collaborate with the Business Banking Client Service team and maintain understanding of credit policy to evaluate and mitigate risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of Business Banking experience
  • •Strong track record of generating and closing new business through prospecting
  • •Established network of centers of influence (COIs) and ability to grow it via active engagement
  • •Expertise in deposit acquisition, treasury management, credit solutions, and other banking products
  • •Formal credit training (preferred)
