Job Summary

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for key issuing, acquiring, merchant, and fintech clients within the VCA team. Partner with client teams to gather and manage project inputs, analyze data to form conclusions and recommendations, and deliver compelling reports. Build reusable analytical frameworks and consulting toolkits, oversee multiple workstreams, and provide strategic mentorship and coaching as an analytics subject-matter expert.

•Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients.
•Run strategic and planning discussions, build and manage a pipeline of analytic work, and develop data-led strategies.
•Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and guide client priorities.
•Partner with peers across functional areas and global/regional teams to execute projects using Visa resources.
•Build scalable solutions, toolkits, and standard consulting methodology; oversee multiple workstreams and deliver project timelines.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management.
•Strong knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products and services, business systems, and processes.
•Excellent client relationship management and ability to develop a credible point of view as a trusted advisor.
•Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
•Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities in matrixed organizations.
